Pasqualino Mazza.
A wider conversation.
Entrepreneur, global AI consultant, content creator—and a curious participant in the conversation about what comes next.

Why an open notebook?
AI is a broad subject. I’m interested in the part that touches everyday business: the tasks people repeat, the decisions they make, and the judgment they bring to the work.
My background is entrepreneurial. Founding ventures and working across industries has shaped an interest in adaptability, leadership, and the practical steps that turn an idea into something useful. This journal gives that interest room to develop.
The essays here take a question at a time. How do you pick a starting point? What does a useful experiment look like? Who remains responsible for the result? The aim is to leave the reader with a clearer way to think about a specific problem.
Toronto, with a global outlook
Toronto is part of the context for this journal and the people I hope to connect with. My consulting perspective is global, and I welcome ideas from entrepreneurs, business owners, and leaders across borders.
Content creation and mentoring are also ways I share ideas and continue to learn. A thoughtful question or a well-argued disagreement can make that process more interesting. You’re welcome to send either.
The journal & the consulting work
This is the publication. My consulting profile at pasqualinomazza.ca introduces that side of my work. The two sites have different roles: one explores ideas through essays; the other explains how to connect professionally.
